Rainout and cancelation policy

OnTrack Performance riding School, HardNoX trackdays, Motorheads Track Attacks, Stratotech Raceway And Castrol Raceway maintain a “rain or shine” policy, meaning we run regardless of any weather conditions excluding snow or ice on the track. However, OTP schools would never require riders to ride under unsafe conditions. Each rider must appear at the track unless otherwise notified by OTP or HardNoX trackdays or they will be treated as a “no show” and forfeit their payment to OTP schools. In the event that the weather conditions are unsafe, OTP schools will endeavour to contact all riders and we may issue credits for future events.

Cancellations will be honoured until 10 business days prior to the event with a full refund.  After that point, the student is responsible for their spot in the class.  If a waiting list has been started OTP will do it's best to fill the placement on a first come first serve basis.

What do you need to bring?

As a minimum, bring chairs to sit on while other riders are on the track, hat, sun glasses, sunscreen, bug spray and something to snack on. Bring your own gas. Gas is not available at the track!
